The Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute marketing and public relations while representing the Scratch's brand and marketing communication strategy through the company’s digital platforms including social media, text, and email marketing.
Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute marketing and public relations while representing the Scratch's brand and marketing communication strategy through the company’s digital platforms including social media, text, and email marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will lead, coordinate, strategize, and optimize marketing efforts across multiple platforms and markets including creating retail point of sale signage, advertising banners, brochures and digital assets on a regular basis within deadlines and will be managing third party vendors to ensure branding is efficiently and accurately produced and delivered to multiple locations in multiple states. This detail-oriented position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, a creative eye and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, reprioritizing as necessary to meet expected deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Design materials for cross-platform campaigns -
Oversee campaigns efficiently and accurately with outside vendors
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Tik Tok.
- Social media content creation for brand (Ability to understand nuance in brand voice)
- Respond to social media inboxes
- Interact with potential followers on social media platform to increase engagement
- Manage email and internet marketing programs
- Copywriting for social media posting, email campaigns, text campaigns, flyers, banners, etc
Ability to mine and “curate news” that can be thoughtfully repurposed to support brand initiatives
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a marketing capacity
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or Business preferred
Highly detailed and accurate, with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to keep projects timely
Proficiency in Google Suite, a design program of preference (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), a social media scheduling and management tool of preference (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
Broad range of marketing skills including content creation, digital and email marketing, development of print materials
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
